HOUSE SYSTEM
To inculcate the spirit of healthy competition, the students from grade one onwards are divided into four houses. The house system promotes team spirit, collaboration and a sense of belonging to a group. One of the main strengths of the house system is giving students of all ages an opportunity to work together and create a symbiotic environment. It provides excellent opportunities for student leadership and peer group support. The four houses are named as AQUA (WATER), IGNIS (FIRE), TERRA (EARTH), and VENTUS (WIND)
AQUA (WATER)
Motto: “Follow your dreams”
It is the colour of the ocean and the sky; it often symbolizes serenity, stability, inspiration, wisdom or health. Blue is associated with peaceful rest, profound insight, and spiritual growth. The students of this house are triumphant in many of the co-curricular activities. Their greatest asset is their confidence and determination.

IGNIS (FIRE)
Motto: “Success is our recognition.”
Orange represents enthusiasm, fascination, happiness, creativity, attraction, success, encouragement, and stimulation. Students of this house stand strong and united at all times. They are creative and highly talented and this is the secret of their success.

TERRA (EARTH)
Motto: “We grow in harmony.”
Green, the colour of life, renewal, nature, and energy, is associated with meanings of growth, harmony, freshness, safety, fertility, and environment. Our all rounder students of this house are down to Earth, sociable and responsible.

VENTUS (WIND)
Motto: “We achieve excellence together.”
Yellow is the most luminous of all the colours of the spectrum. It’s the color of happiness, and optimism, of enlightenment and creativity, sunshine and spring. Students of this house are impeccable, par excellent and exquisite.

Each house is monitored by a teacher representative along with other teacher members of the House. The student council including Head Boy, Head Girl, Vice Head Boy, Vice Head Girl, House Captains, Vice-captains, Prefects & Vice-Prefects and Sports Captains are elected by electronic voting through a democratic process. This enables the council students of the school to take the role of a leader and guide their schoolmates for different competitions.
These houses symbolize the school’s value. Houses compete with one another for different competitions. In a year a total of eight house competitions take place where rolling trophies are awarded to the house team that wins. Points are awarded to houses throughout the year for Co-Curricular Activities, Sports and Inter House Competitions. At the end of the academic session, the house gaining the highest points is awarded the Rolling Trophy for Best House. This year Ventus House proved that it’s the Best House of the year 2022-23 whereas Aqua house bagged the runner-up position. School Principal- Ms. Leena Arora congratulated all the prize winners and motivated others to be one of them next year.
