The school believes in physical well-being that supplement mental health, and hence we encourage the children to develop their sportsmanship spirit through team games and sports. Games and sports give everyone an opportunity to take a break from regular activities, while staying fit and active. It facilitates growing children in being physically fit and active which holds an immense amount of importance for us.
The widest range of sports activities in our school includes a combination of Indoor and Outdoor games, sports and equipment. To provide the best in the class sporting facility to the students, the school has a basement area for Indoor and playgrounds for Outdoor activities. Games such as Carroms, Chess, Cricket, Volleyball, Basketball, etc., are being practiced with the guidance under the tutelage of trained coaches to sharpen the skills and invigorate their minds with a healthy body. Including sports and games, we also provide various fitness and physical activities such as Yoga, Calisthenic exercises, Athletic fitness regime, etc., which indeed helps in developing the students’ physical abilities, immunity, and mental health.
